finally after all auto porting tools doesn't work for this phone i able to port manually latest twrp 3.2.1-0 version for itit tested and working in condor plume L1 v6 & v7 it should work in all MT6737M this phone versions
install adb drivers:
firstly you need to install adb drivers and download fastboot (from mediafire for windows)then power of the phone click volume-up+power button together and choose fastboot
you need a working USB cable
extract fastboot.7z open the folder click shift+right mouse choose open commend window here
unlock the bootloader (skip if already done):
after you unlook bootloader you will face
orange state, device has been unlocked and can't be trusted
always when booting the phone
tape 7 times in build number
turn it on (my phone is already unlocked)
and this too
then type this and click OK
to install recovery and root do this
download recovery from here (mediafire)
when you complete the progress remove battery and insert back
because if you reboot to system stock rom will replace flashed custom recovery with stock one
for busybox install first Busybox-CLEANER.zip then Busybox-XXXX-YDS-ARM.zip
if you install busybox first boot will take up-to 10 min
